Recently, Orizo Holdings' 2026 campus recruitment roadshow made stops at Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, and the University of Science and Technology of China, spanning Beijing, Hangzhou, and Hefei. The events attracted hundreds of master's and doctoral students, who listened to the story of Orizo, learned from the experiences of senior professionals, and actively submitted their resumes after the presentations.

At the three roadshow sessions, representatives from Orizo Holdings' management systematically introduced the company’s development journey starting from the Suzhou Industrial Park, its global business layout, and its investment achievements. Through vivid storytelling, they unveiled a dynamic and deeply rooted corporate landscape, drawing frequent admiration from the audience.

Several alumni representatives took the stage to share industry insights and career paths face-to-face with students. At Tsinghua University, Liu Ye from the Artificial Intelligence Investment Department and Fang Haotian from the M&A Investment Department shared their growth experiences and reflections at Orizo. At Zhejiang University, Wang Shenyi from the Research Center discussed how "engaging with outstanding talents from various fields helps expand cognitive boundaries." At the University of Science and Technology of China, Wang Zhichao from the Advanced Manufacturing Investment Department and Zhu Yi from the Research Center provided valuable career guidance for their juniors by combining cutting-edge investment practices with insights into research commercialization. The perspective of kind seniors and the sharing of real workplace experiences instantly bridged the gap with the attending students, fostering a stronger sense of identification with Orizo.

This campus recruitment drive opened positions for Postdoctoral Researchers and Management Trainees. During the resume submission session at the end of the roadshow, students eagerly approached Orizo’s recruiters for face-to-face conversations, engaging in in-depth discussions about roles of interest and career development directions.
